EFLP News

This is the first 2024 issue of the school newsletter. This newsletter is intended for all members of the school community – all adults contributing through their activities and their presence in the education of our students. It aims to provide key information to all at the same time.

I – PEDAGOGY (Kindergarten – elementary)

A/ Complementary educational activities (APC):

– Helping pupils with learning difficulties

These complementary activities focus on acquiring priority skills, particularly in Mathematics and French. In kindergarten, they aim at strengthening oral language and developing writing skills. This support is part of the educational programme implemented in the class, including PPRE (customized project for a successful education). In CM2, for pupils with difficulties, a PPRE is implemented and followed up when the child goes to college. 

– Helping with homework

In addition to work done by pupils in class, special support is provided to help pupils acquire a working methodology, learn how to do research work, how to memorize and be able to perform tasks by themselves.

– Implementing activities planned in the school project such as art and cultural activities, language skills, sport activities.

B/ FLE lessons: 

-French as a foreign language (FLE) courses are given to students who have difficulty communicating in various situations.

The school actively participates in the initial and continuing training of its staff.

– Asia Pacific zone training courses from 12 to 15/11 (Manon and Camille).

-French classes for Lao teachers every Monday.
